Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trellis operations platform (the “Service”) provided by Willow Acres Weddings & Events LLC (“Willow Acres,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

Access is provided to authorized venue staff and to couples through the client portal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its security without permission, upload malicious code, or use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Content and takedown

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to submit it. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the contact address below identifying the work, the material at issue and its location, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond, and may remove material we determine to be infringing.

Artificial intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and automate certain outputs, including the in-app assistant and planning suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for convenience only, is not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice, and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Payments

Payments made through the Service are processed by a third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms. Invoices, deposits, and refunds are governed by your separate agreement with Willow Acres.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Acres will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. You and Willow Acres agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration administrator under its applicable rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

You and Willow Acres agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, will be severed and may proceed in court.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
